In her current role, she partners with senior executives in the Experiences & Devices organization at Microsoft. Her role is to build organizational capabilities, drive leadership team effectiveness, help shape the culture and lead organizations through change management. She is skilled at helping leaders create employee engagement, career development and systems thinking procedures. She is an Executive coach, helps leaders/managers build their capability and showcases strong project management skills. She has successfully demonstrated history of working in the tech industry.
Prior to this role, she worked as a HR leader across the global Sales, Partner & Consumer Mktg, Advertising and the Developer Evangelism organizations. The thing that all these organizations had in common was their pace and the opportunity for growth and transformation. She worked in areas of talent acquisition, performance design, executive development, organizational design, succession planning, driving the D&I agenda, and leadership coaching.
Prior to Microsoft, she has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant, and Union Bank of California as a Project Lead.
She is a lifelong learner, insatiably curious, and on the lookout for the next big fun challenge. She truly believes that change and discomfort are at the heart of transformation and that is the only way forward.
Outside of work she is an active Board Member and Personnel Committee Chair at the Overlake School - one of the top 20 schools in USA. An active volunteer to a non profit organization.
John Murr is Director People at Google Cloud. In this role, he partners with senior leaders to attract and grow talent while shaping a diverse & inclusive culture. Over his 20 years working in HR, John has managed enterprise-wide HR strategies, led complex business transformations and advised senior level executives. He enjoys amplifying employee experiences, reimaging compensation elements and accelerating development. His passion is leading global teams while building cultures that promote diversity and inclusion, pay equality, early in career talent development and digital transformation. By leading with empathy and transparency, it is his purpose to help others realize their potential.
Prior to joining Google, John was an HR leader at Microsoft, Starbucks, and Expedia where he worked with Global Engineering, Sales, Engineering, and Consumer leaders. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and marketing from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and attended Southern Methodist University MA Business Management. John lives in Issaquah, WA with his husband, Anthony.

Pramukh Jeyathilak is a global Human Resources Leader with broad based generalist experience in Fortune 500 companies, that includes Accenture, Microsoft and Amazon, with strong focus on business partnership, innovation, service delivery and people leadership. He has deep expertise in driving critical HR initiatives that support and further business goals and has demonstrated success in large scale organization design & development, change management and leadership excellence initiatives. He has extensive global experience in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and North America, having lived and worked in Bombay (India), Prague (Czech Republic), Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Singapore, Seattle and Boston (USA).
Pramukh is currently the Head of Human Resources for Fidelity Investments’ Personal Investing (PI) Business Unit, out of Boston, MA (USA). In this role, he is an integral member of the PI Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for driving HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s mission and objectives across 19,000+ associates. He is also a member of the HR Leadership Team at Fidelity.
Prior to this, Pramukh worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2014-2019 as the Global Leadership and Organizational Development Leader in Seattle, WA (USA). In this role he was responsible for engaging with business leaders to define development needs and for the end-to-end design, implementation of strategic leadership programs and talent development initiatives. Pramukh also worked in Amazon from 2012-2014 as the strategic HR Partner for C-suite leaders in WW Legal, Public Policy and Human Resources, encompassing 5000+ employees across North America, Europe and Asia and led a HR team responsible for end to end delivery of HR services and programs globally.
Pramukh held multiple HR Leadership roles at Microsoft in various global locations from 2003-2012. Prior to that he was a HR Leader at Accenture from 1995-2003.
Pramukh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras, India and is a regular speaker in HR forums and conferences, and also an active mentor and coach.
Haresh Sangani is the founder of Hitech Advisors, a consulting firm specializing in contract and full-time talent acquisition and project consulting. Hitech Advisors maps meaningful problems to people who find them meaningful to solve and are experts in engaging experts on behalf of clients.
Haresh has over twenty years of experience in leadership roles and technical contributions at AT&T, Amazon, Kronos, Emtec, and various startups.
He is a co- founder of Faira and is on the boards of SeaSIM and Armman.
