Prior to Hitech Advisors, Haresh co-founded Faira, the most modernized e-commerce platform for buying and selling homes in the United States. He held leadership roles at Amazon, AT&T, Kronos, and several startups before turning founder and entrepreneur.

He graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in physics, computer science, and electrical engineering. Peter graduated from Roskilde University with degrees in mathematics, business administration and management. Since 2005, he has been volunteering each and every year without fail for ‘Day of Caring’. He also volunteers at Redmond Fire & Rescue.

Sandeep is an expert on technology business leadership. He is currently focused on the impact of AI on enterprises and society and advising CEO’s and Board Directors on the same.
Sandeep is the incoming dean of the College of Business Administration at Cal Poly Pomona in Pomona, California and was the dean of the School of Business at the University of Washington, Bothell. He has a PhD in business from the University of Arizona and a bachelor of engineering from IIT Bombay. Sandeep is deeply committed to helping CEO’s leverage businesses as platforms for growth and for uplifting societies.
Kshitj Moghe is Principal Consultant and Venture Advisor at Hitech Advisors, guiding early stage investors and founders on ‘AI-first’ health tech initiatives.
Kshitij is a Co-founder at Outbound AI, a venture backed health tech startup building Conversational AI solutions to streamline healthcare administrative work. He is a seasoned executive who brings 20+ years of experience launching new products at large companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Nuance, as well early-stage AI startups like Saykara, a health tech startup building voice powered solutions for physicians. Saykara was acquired by Nuance/Microsoft in 2020. Kshitij started his career as a mobile telecom analyst/consultant and also spent 6 years at Microsoft launching a range of new Windows powered devices.
Kshitij holds an MBA in International Marketing from ASUs Thunderbird School of Global Management, and an MBA in Marketing and Bachelors in Finance from the University of Pune, India. In his free time he loves to travel, cook, and play golf.
Isha Sangani is a Consultant at Hitech Advisors. She works with clients and internal teams to optimize infrastructure, processes, and results.
Prior to joining Hitech Advisors, Isha built software at Meta and at Crusoe Energy–a cloud startup that is reducing the carbon footprint associated with computing.
She also served as a Program Assistant at the National Ocean Protection Coalition, where she conducted environmental policy research and led advocacy campaigns. Her experience includes science, technology, and policy, and she is excited to bring her background and expertise to Hitech Advisors.
Isha plans to graduate from Harvard University in May 2024 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Integrative Biology.
